We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our team at Home Centre, the leading omnichannel retailer for home furnishings in the Middle East, North Africa & the Indian sub-continent. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborating with various business teams, you will provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making while analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing business performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification along with 5–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business finance roles within the retail sector. Strong analytical skills coupled with expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have proven experience working with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions effectively. Proficiency in financial systems and tools is required, with experience in ERP tools like Oracle/SAP being essential.
