Finance Manager - FP&A

We are currently seeking a Finance Manager - FP&A to join our dynamic team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining financial budgeting, planning, compliance, and analysis functions within the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing audit processes, managing zakat, vat and withholding tax data submissions in a timely manner, as well as providing management reports promptly.

Key responsibilities of this role include setting KPIs and monitoring progress towards strategic objectives. The Finance Manager will act as a custodian of all financial numbers and work closely with business units to evaluate performance in areas such as revenues versus planned KPIs for tracking profitability and expenses compared to key indicators for overall performance.

In addition to accounting duties, the ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of financial management principles and financial reporting standards. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required (Master's degree or MBA preferred), along with professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA or ACCA. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience (3 years in transaction advisory services with leading consultancy firms) along with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
