Managers typically oversee around 8 direct reports with staffing comprising both full-time employees and contract staff. While experience with our technology stack is beneficial (Python, Java, Kotlin Multi-Platform, AWS), it is not mandatory - we welcome those eager to learn new technologies.
This hybrid role requires working from one of our office locations in Austin, Burlington (VT), Chicago, DC or NYC two days per week. The compensation package includes a base salary range of $180K-$220K + equity + benefits.
