Currently, we have open positions for Proposal Writers with a minimum of 5 years of experience. As a Proposal Writer, your responsibilities will include developing top-notch proposals for government IT projects, conducting research, performing gap analysis, and ensuring compliance with RFP guidelines. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and maintain a proposal library. A strong understanding of Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, compliance, and cybersecurity is essential for this role. Ideal candidates will possess experience in federal/state/county IT proposal writing along with strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

In addition to Proposal Writers, we are also looking for Capture Managers with at least 3 years of experience and Content Writers with similar experience levels. Capture Managers will be responsible for identifying and securing IT business opportunities in the public sector by performing gap analysis and engaging potential partners. On the other hand, Content Writers will focus on writing technical blogs, analyzing RFPs, managing social media platforms while supporting proposal development efforts. Both roles require strong analytical skills and a background in IT projects or proposal writing.
