Vice President of Engineering

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Vice President of Engineering to join us remotely across the USA and Canada.

As the VP of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in optimizing team performance and resource allocation while ensuring strict cash management. You will be responsible for clear communication with the business, aligning deliverables with priorities, and demonstrating successful outcomes. Additionally, your technical expertise will be vital as you participate in architectural discussions, review high-level designs, and provide input on the tech stack - proficiency in Ruby on Rails is highly valued.

The ideal candidate for this role should be a strong player-coach with a keen focus on mentoring teams and maintaining technical excellence to address architectural challenges. You must have a proven track record of scaling teams from 20s to 100s over a 3-4 year horizon. While experience in fintech is preferred, expertise in martech or adtech will also be considered valuable.
