As the VP of Engineering, your role will involve setting the technical vision for the company, overseeing a top-tier engineering team, and guiding the successful execution of our product roadmap. You will play a key role in defining and executing technical strategies aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading architecture, design, and development efforts to create cutting-edge software solutions that are both scalable and secure.

Key responsibilities include building and mentoring an exceptional engineering team, implementing best practices such as DevOps and Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the team culture, establishing key engineering metrics for operational excellence, and attracting top talent while retaining existing high-performing engineers. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles, expertise in cloud platforms and modern tech stacks, experience in fast-paced startup environments, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
