We are currently looking for a highly motivated Public Relations (PR) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. As a PR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing PR strategies that enhance our brand reputation across various touchpoints. You will work closely with the Corporate PR team to drive integrated communication plans, manage corporate speaking engagements, support media relations efforts, and deliver insightful reports on media activity.
Responsibilities:
- Draft various communications materials such as briefing documents, speaking abstracts, media pitches, integrated communication plans, and reports.
- Manage the corporate speaking program by handling employee requests, internal approval processes, vendor endorsements, and feedback gathering.
- Lead the awards submission process from start to finish by collaborating with teams and individuals to amplify submissions.
- Support the PR team with media outreach activities including scheduling interviews and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor media coverage across all team pillars and prepare detailed reports on media activity.
- Conduct research on AI, technology trends, competitors' activities, and other relevant topics.
The ideal candidate for this role should be a quick learner with a strong interest in market dynamics, technology trends, sustainability issues, etc. You should have at least 5 years of direct PR experience either in an agency or relevant industry sectors like fintech or consumer tech. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required along with strong interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
