As the Construction Project Manager at Egis, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction packages across multiple project sites. Working closely with the Leadership Team led by the Project Director, you will manage all construction-related aspects within specified timeframes and budget constraints. Your role will involve serving as the project manager for construction activities, coordinating infrastructure and building projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with design requirements. Additionally, you will provide strategic direction to on-site construction staff, lead inspection teams to evaluate contractor activities against contractual obligations, and facilitate communication between project stakeholders through coordination meetings.

To excel in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. You should have proven experience in managing construction projects from mobilization through demobilization phases while adhering to quality control standards and safety regulations. Strong leadership skills are essential for effectively coordinating construction teams towards achieving project milestones within set timelines. Your ability to conduct constructability reviews of plans and specifications will be critical in identifying potential scheduling conflicts and recommending optimization strategies to mitigate delays.
