We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Director with a proven track record in managing mixed-use projects. As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects align with strategic goals, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mixed-use project from planning and design through construction to successful completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop projects that meet client expectations and comply with regulations.
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for seamless project execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify potential risks early on and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and project management.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior role overseeing mixed-use developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
