As the Project Controls Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and scheduling aspects of our assigned projects. You will be responsible for preparing cost plans based on project budgets, auditing cash flows, and providing statistical information to the Tender Department head. Additionally, you will work closely with various department heads to ensure alignment between cost, schedule, and planning activities.
In this role, you will analyze project performance against established plans, identify deviations, and collaborate with Project Managers to develop recovery plans when needed. You will also be responsible for managing the implementation of project control systems and generating reports on cost, schedules, documents, resources, and productivity levels. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be essential in highlighting claims and resolving project-related issues.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a BSC in Engineering (preferably Civil or Mechanical), along with a Professional Certification Diploma in Construction Management. A minimum of 13 years of work experience in project controls, including at least 7 years in a managerial role, is required.
