Project Controls Manager

Egis is a leading company in the aviation industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and services. We are currently seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As part of our large Aviation PMO project, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in directing project and team control management activities. This includes overseeing cost engineering, estimating, planning, scheduling, and analysis while ensuring compliance with established criteria and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university and at least 15 years of experience in project controls on large-scale projects. Strong candidates with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Key responsibilities include establishing project control criteria and systems, working knowledge of various work processes such as engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, start-up/set-up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can effectively manage teams and drive talent development. Experience working internationally is preferred, with specific preference given to candidates with prior experience in KSA. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
