We are currently seeking a Project Controls Manager who will oversee cost estimating, analysis, and control activities for one or more delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field along with 25 years of total experience with at least 20 years of professional experience in project controls focusing on cost and project estimating. The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for supervising schedule development, maintenance monitoring, impact identification, recovery plan development activities as well as providing innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems.
Reporting to designated supervisory personnel while providing technical guidance and operational supervision to assigned personnel is essential for this role. The Project Controls Manager will work closely with project managers and team members across various departments within the organization. Strong communication skills are required to present cost engineering/estimating/planning information effectively to management/client as well as coordinating scoping requirements for overall cost estimates by discipline or specialty.
