As a Finance Business Partner at Savvy Games Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling the business unit budgets in coordination with the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will ensure alignment of the business unit's budget with the overall financial strategy of the company, oversee BU accounting & financial transactions, and prepare periodic performance reports to provide insights into the business unit’s financial status. Additionally, you will develop and present financial performance reports to senior management and department heads, act as the primary finance contact for all department heads within the business unit, and provide financial guidance to facilitate informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred with 7 to 8+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting in a similar industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software tools such as ERP systems and MS Excel, excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, and detail-oriented organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
