Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to prepare periodic financial analysis reports, dashboards, and KPIs comparing actual performance to targets and previous periods. You will communicate variance analysis with departments, advising on reasons for discrepancies and providing recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the central finance function for monthly and yearly financial book close while supporting the financial planning and analysis team in budget preparation and forecasting.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in evaluating new business proposals and investment opportunities while analyzing project and customer profitability to identify reasons for variances. Your expertise will be essential in drafting and implementing finance-related processes and policies for the business unit. Acting as a liaison between business departments, central finance, IT, and HR is also part of your responsibilities to drive initiatives critical for achieving targets and strategic goals.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA certification or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role is required for this position.
