We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Finance Business Partner for the MENA-TR region. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, with a strong background in finance and accounting roles. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business is required, along with expertise in applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the 3P Country Leader and senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational excellence. You will be responsible for creating financial and operational reports that inform strategic decision-making, as well as identifying process improvements through automation and analysis. Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement projects within your team to enhance controllership and achieve measurable results.
As a finance leader at Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving relationships with Category Leaders, Heads of Seller Services (HoSSs), and Program owners. You will lead the finance aspect of all initiatives, planning processes, and metrics for periodic reviews while focusing on enhancing customer experience through cost optimization initiatives across the value chain. Your ability to benchmark performance against other marketplaces, establish plans and forecasts, and ensure strong financial controls are essential for success in this role.
