We are currently seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner with extensive experience in digital assets and blockchain technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in multi-currency markets and traditional finance to drive innovation within our fintech ecosystem. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day financial operations related to digital assets, developing accounting policies specific to digital assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing digital asset treasury operations including risk assessment and liquidity management, conducting market research for investment opportunities in the digital asset space, implementing internal controls to mitigate risks associated with transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into financial systems, staying updated on changes in regulations across jurisdictions, preparing comprehensive financial reports for both traditional and digital assets activities among other duties.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field), familiarity with accounting principles and practices, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, knowledge of regulatory standards governing fintech industries globally among other competencies listed. Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferably within start-ups or fintech companies is highly desirable.
