Financial Controller

TASC Outsourcing, a leading Recruitment & Employee Placement Agency in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements according to company policies and accounting practices. You will be responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial reports, interpreting financial information for the Senior Leadership team, and recommending strategic courses of action based on your analysis. Additionally, you will conduct reviews to identify cost-reduction opportunities and oversee the management of the Accounting team, including functions such as Finance Analyst, AP, AR, Payroll, and Time and Billing.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly reconciliations for Revenue, Intercompany balances, and Balance Sheet accounts; processing Fixed Asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation; overseeing Inventory movement and Inventory Counts; as well as collaborating with the Branch GM to prepare the Yearly Budget File. The ideal candidate should possess a University Bachelor Degree in Accounting, at least five years of relevant finance experience in a senior finance role, proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), IFS (Mid to large ERP), and hold a Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA).
