Operations Director

About the job Our client is an energy efficiency systems integration partner providing turnkey solutions for facilities. The Operations Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing all operational activities for the Energy Service Company (ESCO) and Building Management System (BMS) System Integrator divisions. This role involves developing operational strategies, overseeing project management, leading teams, ensuring quality assurance, managing finances, maintaining client relationships, promoting health and safety compliance, staying updated on technology advancements, strategic planning, reporting procedures. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals. - Oversee daily operations for efficiency. - Ensure successful planning and execution of projects. - Lead and mentor operations team. - Conduct audits to verify compliance with quality standards. - Build strong client relationships. - Manage operational budgets efficiently. - Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance. - Stay current with smart building technologies. - Lead strategic initiatives to support long-term goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in MEP project management, operations, and management within the MEP, ESCO, BMS, and Construction sectors.

• - Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams.
• - Excellent project management abilities with experience in handling complex projects.
• - In-depth knowledge of quality assurance, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
