Director of Operations

As the Operations Director – Water & Power division, you will have a hands-on approach to overseeing project execution across all projects within this sector. Your responsibilities will include managing the commercial team to secure new projects in Saudi Arabia, developing operational strategies aligned with business goals for enhanced efficiency and profitability, and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing operational budgets, optimizing financial performance, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia/GCC market and possess at least 20 years of experience in Operational or Project Management roles within Water, Power, Utilities or Pipeline turnkey projects. A relevant Bachelor's degree or higher qualification is required for this position. Proficiency in English is a must, with knowledge of Arabic considered a bonus.
