As a Corporate Development Manager at Webook.com, you will play a crucial role in supporting various strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborating closely with the CFO and senior leadership, you will leverage your strong background in finance and accounting to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions that drive business growth and optimize financial performance. Your responsibilities will include identifying M&A opportunities, conducting financial modeling and due diligence, leading budgeting processes, analyzing financial performance, and developing financial models to support decision-making.

In this role, you will utilize your advanced financial modeling skills and expertise in data analysis tools such as Power BI or Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for strategic initiatives and prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Additionally, you will contribute to long-term corporate strategy development by evaluating new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with an FMVA certification. You should have 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate development, financial planning and analysis, M&A, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Experience in the tech or event ticketing industry would be advantageous.
