We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) to join our dynamic team.
As the Senior Manager - FPA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing DHAM Group's strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting activities. Working closely with the Executive Director of FP&A and other key stakeholders, you will develop comprehensive five-year plans and budgets while monitoring performance metrics to guide informed decision-making processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing valuable financial insights that positively impact DHAM's commercial, operational, and financial performance.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing DHAM's strategic business planning processes, collaborating with departments for plan development, analyzing market trends for forecasting purposes, and ensuring effective budgetary controls are in place. Additionally, you will lead business analysis efforts by developing frameworks and templates to support management with data-driven recommendations for pricing impact analysis and capital expenditure decisions.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with relevant professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA. A Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or an MBA Finance is preferred. With at least 8-10 years of finance/accounting experience in large retail/real estate conglomerates and a minimum of 2 years within FP&A in the Middle East, you will bring valuable expertise to our team. Experience using Hyperion software is also advantageous.
