We are currently seeking a dedicated Training & OD Supervisor for our New Cairo location on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will oversee organizational development initiatives to ensure efficiency and manage overall employee growth and development. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs aligned with business objectives, designing and evaluating training programs and workshops, monitoring program effectiveness for improvements, implementing OD strategies for enhanced organizational efficiency, updating HR policies for compliance with laws and regulations, developing job descriptions and career paths among other tasks.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (HR Diploma from AUC/AAST is a plus) along with 5-7 years of experience in training and OD. Excellent communication skills coupled with strong analytical abilities are essential for this role.
