You will track confirmed orders in process, monitor issued purchase orders from the Procurement Department related to job orders, and expedite communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials or project milestones.

In addition to tracking technical submittals, drawings, material deliveries, and customer invoices, you will work closely with various departments within the organization to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
