As a Process Control Officer at Ghobash Trading & Investment Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Unit & Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and updating the sales dashboard. Your day-to-day tasks will involve closely monitoring the sales process at all stages, coordinating with the sales team to gather necessary information and documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include tracking confirmed orders in process, monitoring issued purchase orders by the procurement department related to job orders, expediting with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials or project milestones, tracking technical submittals and drawings within fixed timelines, managing material receiving schedules and deliveries, as well as releasing invoices to customers promptly. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and possess experience in trading, sales, procurement, or document control within contracting or supply chain industries.
