As a Senior Accountant within our Internal Finance Service Line, your responsibilities will include recording cash transactions, bank reconciliations, VAT returns preparation, financial statement preparation, budget variance analysis, fixed asset reconciliation, month-end/year-end closing support, supplier payments facilitation, and more.

To excel in this role at Grant Thornton - UAE as a Senior Accountant – Internal Finance position you should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance along with 5+ years of accounting experience (ERP knowledge is advantageous). A professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA or CPA is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential. Strong communication skills in English are required; Arabic proficiency is beneficial. We are looking for individuals with excellent technical skills who can contribute effectively to our team.
