Our client, a leading financial services company specializing in Payment Services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve long-term goals, optimizing day-to-day operations, managing budgets and financial planning, expanding client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams while overseeing senior management. They must have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution within the banking sector. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with senior banking executives, negotiating win-win deals, and maintaining transparent communication with clients.
