We are currently seeking a General Manager of Trading to oversee all trading activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include managing trading operations, developing strategies, collaborating with other departments, and supporting overall business objectives in the areas of Sanitaryware, Tiles, Kitchenware, Customization for kitchenware, Building Materials - Lights, Electricals, and Gypsum for both Retail Sales and Project Sales.

The successful candidate must have UAE experience and possess strong leadership skills to develop and communicate a clear vision for the building materials trading business. They will lead the executive team in setting ambitious goals, identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence, fostering relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, overseeing financial performance and planning, implementing cost control measures, optimizing operational efficiency through best practices in supply chain management and logistics. Additionally, they will conduct market analysis to identify trends and risks while prioritizing customer satisfaction through customer-centric strategies.
