As the Assistant Manager - Finance & Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance duties related to various Corporate Agreements such as Branding Agreement, Joint Venture Agreements, Plot Agreements, and Debt Agreements. Your role will involve reviewing agreements, developing control systems to prevent non-compliance, monitoring covenants in Debt Agreements, and ensuring adherence to submission requirements on a periodic basis. Additionally, you will identify, assess, monitor, and manage compliance with terms of agreements executed with third parties while working closely with internal departments like legal and finance to streamline the contract management process.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a degree in finance, law, para legal, business management or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience with at least 3 years specifically in the Real Estate/Construction industry. Membership in professional institutions for Compliance is preferred. Excellent English language skills are essential along with strong reviewing abilities for agreements and amendments. Being highly organized, efficient, systematic, and a team player is crucial for success in this role.
