Key Responsibilities:

2. **Recruitment Operations:**

3. **Team Leadership:**
- Supervise and train administrative and recruitment staff for high-performance standards.

4. **Budget and Financial Management:**
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures for maximum efficiency.
- Knowledge of logistics and procurement management is essential.

You should have at least 8-10 years of experience in administrative roles with proven managerial experience of 3-4 years within the recruitment or human resources sector.
