Supply Chain Manager

We are currently looking for a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to join our team and oversee all supply chain processes from procurement to distribution.

As the Logistics and Supply Chain Manager at MEFITPRO, you will be responsible for various key tasks essential to our operations. You will analyze market trends for demand forecasting, manage procurement processes efficiently, oversee all shipments including customs clearance, optimize routes, manage costs, and monitor transportation performance. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and control, supervising warehouse operations, overseeing cycle count management, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely customer delivery within GCC regions, managing export processes with compliance to customs regulations and documentation.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within the fitness equipment or sports nutrition industry. You should have proven expertise in inventory management, warehousing, procurement, distribution as well as familiarity with export documentation for GCC regions and dealing with Dubai Municipality for food and supplement registration. Strong knowledge of logistics/WMS software such as SAGE 300 and Microsoft Office applications is required along with excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, leadership qualities, analytical abilities focused on continuous improvement.
