We are currently looking for a meticulous Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations with precision and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable/receivable processes, project cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, payroll management, tax preparation, process improvement initiatives, and fostering collaboration among various departments within the organization.

As an Accountant at Secure Engineering LLC, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, progress billing, retainage handling, and lien waivers. You will also track expenses by project, analyze budget vs. actuals, review change orders with project teams, prepare project budgets and financial forecasts while monitoring cash flow. Additionally, you will generate monthly reports such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets to highlight project performance and cost variances. Tax preparation assistance including VAT filings and corporate tax responsibilities will also fall under your purview.
