As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in analysing, consolidating, and reporting the financial status of ongoing construction projects in both the UAE and Africa. This position involves frequent travel (50%) to various project sites to assess financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment with company goals. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and finance departments to streamline financial reporting processes and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 9+ years of experience in construction finance or project finance. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is essential for success in this role. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are preferred qualifications that will be highly valued. Experience working on multi-location projects in the Middle East and Africa is also beneficial.
