As the Sr. Data Scientist at TEK Inspirations LLC, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing statistical & predictive models to drive data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve leading a talented Data Science Team, providing guidance on Git & collaboration tools, and utilizing Python/R to craft innovative data science solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical complexities and non-technical stakeholders by effectively communicating complex models in a clear and concise manner.

Ideal candidates for this position should hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or Data Science from a U.S.-accredited university along with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in the field of data science. While experience in government sectors, school districts, or related settings is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ability to configure & troubleshoot Linux servers for data science tools and support collaboration using platforms like Databricks, Posit Workbench, Hex would be highly beneficial for this role.
