We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh on a freelance basis for a limited contract period. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all onsite operations for upcoming events. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of events from setup to teardown by managing logistics, installation processes, technical equipment testing, security measures, cleaning schedules, hospitality services, catering services, vendor coordination, real-time event monitoring, and post-event analysis.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in event management and operations with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A successful Operations Manager will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, vendors, subcontractors, staff members, and guests.
