We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at AVL Manufacturing Inc., you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating all aspects of projects by collaborating with engineering, purchasing, quality, and production departments. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are executed according to plan through regular communication with various stakeholders. In case of deviations from the project plan, you will need to initiate corrective actions promptly to realign the project trajectory.

In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, liaising with them to communicate project status updates, address any open issues or concerns they may have, and manage customer change requests effectively. Additionally, you will host and facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, resolve issues that may arise during project execution, and ensure alignment among all involved parties. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed work plans, project schedules/deliverables, risk management reports, projected cost reports, variance to budget reports, open issues lists, and project evaluation reports.
