The Project Control Manager will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring that project control functions are established according to contract requirements. This includes analyzing and coordinating time schedules, procurement plans, cost controls, planning, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting. The manager will lead the technical staff and project control team, providing necessary data for project management decisions. Additionally, they will manage client invoices and project risk. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in construction project control is required. PMP certification is a plus.
