PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

The Project Control Manager will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring that project control functions are established according to contract requirements. This includes analyzing and coordinating time schedules, procurement plans, cost controls, planning, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting. The manager will lead the technical staff and project control team, providing necessary data for project management decisions. Additionally, they will manage client invoices and project risk. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in construction project control is required. PMP certification is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in project control management in the construction industry
• Experience leading and coordinating project control functions throughout all phases of a project

• - Strong analytical and coordination skills for time schedule, procurement plan, cost control, planning, progress, risk management, and reporting
• - Leadership abilities to guide technical staff and project control team
• - Ability to establish project control plan and ensure correct setup of project control functions
• - Experience managing client invoices and project risk management
