The Assistant Director of Finance will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, develop an engaged team, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, assist in budgeting and forecasting, coordinate management reports, utilize financial technology systems effectively, provide support to departmental leaders, and contribute to overall hotel leadership. Other tasks as assigned.
Key Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Experience in a leadership or managerial position
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in accepted accounting practices and principles required
