As the Matchday Operations Coordinator, you will be tasked with overseeing all logistics related to matchday execution. This includes setting up and breaking down stadium areas, team areas, media zones, and fan engagement spaces. You will ensure that all matchday elements are prepared in advance and run according to the established schedule. Additionally, you will manage and supervise a team of matchday staff, including volunteers, security personnel, and event staff. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and a high level of customer service.

In addition to logistics management, you will coordinate the setup of various operational elements within the stadium premises. This includes seating arrangements, VIP areas, fan zones, press zones, and hospitality sections. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are ready for fan arrivals before kickoff. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all matchday operations adhere to safety regulations concerning crowd management, emergency procedures, accessibility standards. You will also assist in conducting safety briefings for staff and volunteers.
