We are currently looking for a talented Director - Project to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our strategic goals are met with precision and quality throughout each phase of development.

As the Director - Project at Qiddiya, you will lead project management efforts for large-scale developments that align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to streamline project execution seamlessly. Additionally, you will manage project budgets and schedules effectively to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. With a minimum of 12-16 years of project management experience (including 7 years in a leadership role) and demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, you should possess strong leadership skills along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software is essential for this role.
