Operations Supervisor, AMZL Logistics - DS Variable

Amazon Operations in Saudi Arabia is looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing shift management in various fulfillment centers, sortation centers, or delivery stations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately at every step of the process.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include creating a safe working environment, training and managing Associates, monitoring order fulfillment to meet quality standards, and providing essential shift-related information to management. You will also be involved in adjusting labor allocation to meet operational plans, collaborating with other departments to address performance issues, and contributing to solving logistics challenges through data analysis and process optimization.
