The CFO at Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company is responsible for driving the financial organization through management of planning and execution of all accounting functions. This includes ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, adherence to statutory accounting standards, and providing expert advice on financial matters. The CFO must have a strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and other regulatory requirements in the insurance industry. They should have at least 8 years of managerial experience and hold a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration. A CPA/SOCPA/CMA certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a track record of delivering results in a similar role.
