As a Credit Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in supervising and participating in collecting outstanding accounts receivable within established standards. You will be responsible for processing credit applications according to hotel policies, recommending credit facility cancellations based on payment records, ensuring adherence to the hotel's credit policy by all stakeholders, and promptly pursuing accounts receivables over 60 days for collection. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries regarding invoicing matters and oversee the preparation of monthly statements and reminders.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to manage day-to-day activities related to finance and accounting teams. This includes planning work assignments, setting performance goals for team members, providing mentorship and coaching for professional development, and fostering a culture of teamwork and quality service through effective communication with department heads. Your ability to respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner, ensure guest satisfaction through follow-ups, and support the overall guest experience through sound accounting practices will be essential.
