We are currently seeking a Credit Manager for our Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island location in the United Arab Emirates. The primary goal of this role is to serve as a trusted advisor to finance team members and other hotel business partners. The Credit Manager will work closely with the finance lead to retain and train top-notch finance professionals, ensuring a robust control and compliance environment while supporting the hotel in maximizing profits through EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.

As a Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the efficient operation of the hotel’s Accounts Receivable / OTC department. This involves managing credit extension activities, billing, collection processes, and maintaining control over accounts receivables. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as hotel finance team members, Hotel Management team, Commercial teams, and Operations teams to ensure smooth operations in compliance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess sound judgement skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capacity to work under pressure while handling multiple demands effectively, strong analytical skills for data processing accurately, and willingness to learn all essential job functions independently within the initial training period. A university degree in Accounting or Finance along with knowledge of Tower operations would be advantageous.
