Our mission is to ensure the efficient and timely procurement of materials for our plants in KSA & Bahrain while adhering to supply chain policies and procedures. As the Procurement Senior Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to supervise the purchasing process for assigned Category Materials. You will oversee the activities of subordinates to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and cost optimization in line with operating procedures and policies. People management skills are essential as you will be organizing and supervising the work within your area of activity.

Supplier sourcing is a crucial aspect of this role. You will participate in tender committee meetings to evaluate suitable suppliers, negotiate quotations emphasizing quality, price, terms, and deliveries. Developing purchasing documents such as tender documents and purchase orders will also fall under your responsibilities to minimize agreement variations and disputes.
