The Account Director at LIGHTBLUE will be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships by providing exceptional client experiences and coordinating with account managers, event producers, and the client servicing team. This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous organization, and the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. The ideal candidate will work closely with creatives and finance teams to ensure clients' expectations are met across all departments while proposing transformational solutions.

In addition to client servicing responsibilities, the Account Director will manage the Client Servicing team in the absence of the Group Account Director. This includes overseeing project resources, workload management, and ensuring accountability throughout the team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Client Servicing role with proven leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor individuals effectively.
