Procurement Excellence Senior Manager

We are currently seeking a Procurement Excellence Senior Manager to oversee the strategic development and implementation of procurement processes within our Corporate Purchase department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning the department's strategies with the organization's overall goals, ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOP) are effectively implemented in daily operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Purchase, this role will play a key part in monitoring and evaluating processes across all subfunctions, as well as managing procurement intelligence functions for internal and external data.

As the Procurement Excellence Senior Manager, you will be accountable for various key responsibilities. This includes conducting assessments of current procurement practices, developing new processes based on management requests and process mapping exercises, defining control points within each process to establish functional and personal KPIs, cascading new processes to subfunction heads, and implementing necessary reporting systems to track KPIs regularly. Additionally, you will introduce advanced technologies that support the objectives of Corporate Purchase, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement management roles
