As the Consulting, F&A, Accounting Advisory (Real Estate Sector) at PwC Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of Finance target operating models, Carve-out FS / Opening Balance Sheets, Finance & Accounting policies and procedures for our clients in the Real Estate industry. Your responsibilities will include project management tasks such as client management, project budgeting and finance management, coaching and resource management across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be instrumental in creating, reviewing and delivering complex client deliverables ranging from executive level reporting to detailed documentation.

In addition to your delivery role, you will be expected to proactively develop your expertise in Finance & Accounting within the Real Estate sector. By staying abreast of industry trends and understanding our clients' needs deeply, you will contribute significantly to shaping their thinking and ultimately driving our success in the market.
