As the Regional Business Line Financial Controller, your primary responsibilities will include preparing project P&L statements, collaborating with Project Directors to review financial performance, updating project budgets as needed, and identifying risks on projects. You will be responsible for quantifying risks with relevant information and reporting them to management while advising on provisioning if necessary. Additionally, you will analyze costs incurred on projects, ensure accurate allocation of costs to each project, and oversee subconsultant costs.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in recognizing revenues on projects following group policies, maintaining control over invoicing and payments for projects, preparing annual budgets/forecasts with related variance analysis, and reviewing management reports/financial statements on a regular basis. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing/reviewing cash flows and managing a team of 3-4 junior controllers/project accountants within the region. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
