We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the standards outlined in the company's Operations Manual, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments based on client availability, and coordinating dispatching for all teams. The Operations Officer will monitor inventory levels of chemicals and non-chemical products, prepare daily schedules for on-site technicians, and oversee the execution of treatments according to the established work schedule. Additionally, this role involves liaising with the sales department to onboard new clients, handling call backs promptly, and maintaining accurate client data in Boecker® systems.

As an Operations Officer at Rentokil Initial, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in pest control services. You will be responsible for arranging promotional item distribution as per the marketing calendar, generating and submitting reports to management, conducting courtesy calls and visits to clients, and scheduling yearly pest control treatments. Moreover, you will provide valuable advice to clients on pests, sanitation practices, pest-proofing recommendations, pesticide applications, and control strategies tailored to each unique situation.
