We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an R&D Manager for our Edible Fats & Oils Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading innovative projects, developing prototypes, managing formulations, and coordinating the innovation process. You will work closely with the Production and Quality Departments to ensure that new products meet specifications and regulations while optimizing costs and quality. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in R&D departments within the food industry.
